What APD said (official community notice):

APD is aware of the posts tagging the department and referencing schools in the city.
APD has been in contact with Dougherty County School Police; they are aware and addressing it.
APD will continue to assist and support as needed.
These posts can cause concern for parents, students, and the community.
Do not share, repost, or engage with the posts.
If you see one: report it to the social media platform and notify school officials or law enforcement if you believe there is a threat.
